Delivery Coordinator

Sentinel Transportation is seeking an Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the scheduling of loads to ensure optimal fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery performance. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone and email communication. The Coordinator works collaboratively with the team to uphold Odessa’s Customer Service Center as a trusted and valued resource for Phillips 66 (P66).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or logistics coordination role preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in PC operations and related software applications.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible or non-traditional hours as needed.
